Cancellation Policy

In the event of a No Show you will be charged full price for your appointment. This charge will be due in full before another appointment can be made and will be added to new appointment when checking out if not paid. If excessive no shows or late cancellations are made in excess of two you will have to pre-pay your appointment in full. You must give a minimum 72 hour notice to cancel your appointment due to the length of your appointment that is being held for you. A $100. late cancellation fee will be charged to your card on file or added to your next appt if no card is on file.  if you are 15 minutes late to your appointment it will be rescheduled and a$100 charge will be applied to the card on file even if you are scheduled for a perfecting session at no charge, If you are a no show for a no charge perfecting session and reschedule this appointment there will be a Fee of $100 for this visit.  This is a strict policy, and no exceptions are made.  Thank you in advance for your cooperation.
