
In the event of a no show, you will be charged the full price for your appointment according to our no show policy. This charge must be paid in full before you can schedule another appointment and will be added to your new appointment during checkout if not settled. If there are excessive no shows or late cancellations, defined as more than two, you will be required to pre-pay for your appointment in full. A minimum of 72 hours notice is required for appointment cancellation due to the length of the appointment reserved for you. If you cancel late, a $100 late cancellation fee will be charged to your card on file or added to your next appointment if no card is available. If you arrive 15 minutes late for your appointment, it will be rescheduled, and a $100 charge will apply to the card on file, even if you are scheduled for a perfecting session at no charge. Should you be a no show for a no charge perfecting session and you wish to reschedule, a fee of $100 will apply for this visit. This is a strict policy with no exceptions.
