PMU Booking Fee

This non-refundable booking fee holds your date and time for your appointment. You must give a minimum 72 hour notice if you need to change your date. If appropriate amount of time is given your booking fee will transfer to new date. If not, it will be lost and a new one will be needed to reserve a new date and time. No exceptions, Please make sure your dates are firm. By reading this and paying your booking fee you're agreeing to the terms of this policy. Late cancellations, rescheduling appointment with not enough time given, or showing up late 15 min. causing us to cancel appointment will also forfeit d booking fee and a new one will be needed to reserve a new date and time even if it's for a perfecting appointment.
