Powder brows (or ombre brows) are a cosmetic makeup technique that uses a machine to insert pigment into the skin, creating a soft, shaded, powder-filled look similar to makeup applied with a pencil or pomade, ideal for adding definition without harsh lines, especially good for oily skin types that don't hold microblading well. Powder brows can be applied in varying levels of saturation to achieve the look you want so it’s important to discuss your goals with your artist. Powder brows are a more preferred method of permanent makeup as opposed to Microblading. They carry far less trauma to the skin, less invasive, less risk of scarring, do not hurt during treatment, last much longer, and look far more natural long term than Microblading.
